| Duties and Responsibilities |
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage marketing, and promotional activities for and in conjunction with Loyola University Chicago's varsity athletic teams.
- Responsible for writing marketing plans for designated sports designed to generate interest and awareness, promote fan attendance, and generate ticket revenue.
- Work with external groups and community organizations to increase group attendance and revenue.
- Develop game day scripts for video board, music, and public address announcements for designated sports. Implement scripts at home sporting events, coordinating with campus and internal groups, video coordinator, sponsorship sales staff, technical services, band, cheerleaders, The Pack, and outside groups.
- Assist with managing the Loyola Spirit groups, including Cheer, Dance, Mascots, and the Band of Wolves.
- Coordinate on-field and on-court presentations with University and external groups and individuals at various sporting and special events.
- Actively develop and use social media to further marketing and branding efforts of individual sports and Loyola Athletics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Education and/or Work Experience |
- A Bachelor's Degree from a College or University accredited by a U.S. Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.
- Previous work experience in collegiate athletics, preferably with Division I Marketing and/or Promotions.
