Location: Littleton, MA

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00/hour + Shift Differential + Overtime

Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This skilled maintenance role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and production efficiency.

Job Duties

• Respond to equipment and production line service calls to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support the installation, setup, and testing of new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work independently to prioritize repairs and support production goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience maintaining high-speed automated production equipment.
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform effective repairs.
• Experience installing, modifying, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform maintenance tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment, tools, and parts as required.
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and production equipment.
