The Laboratory Technologist III, iPSC & Advanced Cellular Models independently performs and monitors developing manual and automated workflows supporting iPSC expansion, differentiation, advanced cellular models, and associated quality-control activities. As an advanced technical resource, this role operates and troubleshoots sophisticated laboratory equipment, reviews process and quality data, maintains accurate operational documentation, trains colleagues, and supports process improvement and technology-transfer activities. Working closely with scientists, engineers, quality partners, and operations colleagues, the Laboratory Technologist III helps maintain safe, reproducible, documented, and efficient laboratory operations. Flexibility for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts may be required based on project and laboratory operational needs. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required Education: Associate's degree in biological sciences, biotechnology, laboratory science, or a closely related field. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Education Equivalency: In lieu of an associate's degree, two additional years of relevant experience will be considered in addition to the experience listed below. Experience Required: 4 years of relevant laboratory experience. Experience Preferred: 6 years of relevant laboratory experience. Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $56,538-$94,658 and is determined based on an assessment of related work experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
