Department Data and Support Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Woonsocket, RI

Position Summary:

This position combines department-wide data and program support with direct client engagement, community outreach, and after-school Drop-in Center support. The position works with the Director, Manager, program staff, and clients to support accurate data, program participation, reporting, community engagement, and effective service delivery across the department.

The individual will use systems such as LACES, EmployRI, CODECT, SPARS, and other required databases to support department reporting and program needs. The position will also support Project LEARN, WIOA, and the No Limits Program (Youth&Family Tree) with data, reporting, screening, outreach, family engagement, and program activities. The position will assist with assessing program participation and outcomes to ensure services meet contract requirements and intended outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate program data and reporting in systems including LACES, EmployRI, CODECT, and SPARS.
  • Support participant registration, enrollment, recordkeeping, and program monitoring.
  • Assist with tracking program outcomes and contract compliance requirements.
  • Support the No Limits Program through outreach, participant engagement, family events, and community partnerships.
  • Provide support for youth participating in Harbour Youth Center after-school and drop-in programming.
  • Assist with referrals, resource connections, and program development activities.

Education and Experience:


  • Associates degree required with evidence of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Experience with databases, data tracking, reporting, or program administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Must possess a valid drivers license.
