About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape meaningful employee experiences and serve as a trusted advisor by applying your effective communication, change management and consulting skills to manage relationships and lead communication projects for clients, including those in the Fortune Top 100. While using your writing, editing and communication skills, you'll also have the opportunity to guide a cross-functional internal team of content developers, designers, project managers and technical experts to deliver exceptional experiences and results for our clients.

As a leader in our practice, you'll help elevate those around you through mentorship, coaching and knowledge sharing, while contributing to business development efforts and helping shape the future of Engagement Services.

How you will contribute and drive results in this role:

  • Lead and grow strategic client relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders and deliver communication and change management solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Anticipate client and market needs, leverage industry insights, creative strategy and innovative technologies to develop high impact employee engagement and communication solutions.
  • Drive business growth by expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to advance revenue objectives.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, mentorship and thought leadership while championing the continued growth of the Engagement Services practice.

Skills and Strengths - what makes you a good fit:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity, a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience, which must include professional communication experience, deep health/medical benefits expertise and consulting experience relevant to Human Resources.
  • Experience in partnering with colleagues to create, implement and deliver on complex, multimedia communication campaigns with demonstrated metrics of success.
  • Strong executive presence, thrives in client-facing environments, confidently presents complex ideas and recommendations that achieve client goals and resolve pain points.
  • Experience as an accountable leader for project success, directing and coordinating team efforts to ensure work is delivered on time, with excellence and in alignment with profitability goals.
  • Proven ability to build successful partnerships across other lines of business to deliver integrated solutions resulting in a seamless client experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adopt and apply emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve the way work gets done.
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 15%).

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

156,500.00 USD

Maximum :

175,000.00 USD
