Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manufacturing knowledge preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, assembly equipment, and production machinery is a plus.
- Soldering experience required.
- Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 30 pounds.
- Extensive hand use requiring strong manual dexterity and repetitive motion.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed during production activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying levels of noise and activity.
- Ability to safely work with lifting assistance devices for heavier materials and components.
Job Duties
- Assemble laminations, cores, and coils according to engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Prepare and assemble manufacturing components using approved methods, techniques, and tools.
- Safely operate presses and related equipment to laminate coils into steel assemblies.
- Perform soldering and assembly tasks while ensuring product quality and workmanship standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Utilize lifting assistance equipment when handling materials weighing more than 50 pounds.
- Participate in inventory counts and production support activities as required.
- Meet daily production, efficiency, and quality goals.
- Support 6S, Lean Manufacturing, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and business needs.
