Job Duties



  • Sort and organize small parts according to production requirements
  • Inspect parts for quality and report any defects or issues
  • Pack finished products into cartons and prepare them for shipment
  • Assemble and label boxes and packaging materials
  • Assist machine operators by supplying materials and removing completed parts
  • Help prepare workstations and production areas before and during production runs
  • Count, weigh, and verify parts to ensure accurate packaging
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions
  • Support other departments as needed to meet production goals

Experience Requirements



  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Dependable attendance and positive attitude
  • Previous production, packing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
