Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse documentation. Basic computer skills required for warehouse systems and inventory tracking. Forklift or material handling equipment training is a plus. Experience Requirements 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment required. Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred. Background in inventory control, order picking, replenishment, shipping, receiving, or stock handling preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and completing transactions. Ability to safely operate equipment in high-racking and narrow-aisle warehouse environments. Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and flexibility to support changing operational needs. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to operate reach trucks and warehouse equipment for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Job Duties Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment to move, store, retrieve, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse. Load, unload, pick, replenish, and stage products while maintaining inventory accuracy and proper product placement. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to process inventory transactions and track product movement. Perform inventory control functions, including cycle counts, stock organization, product verification, and quality checks. Conduct equipment inspections, report maintenance concerns, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support warehouse productivity goals.
