• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Must possess a valid bartending certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced event environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at special events.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Set up and break down bar stations and event areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Assist with event-related tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Bartender.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the entire shift, typically 8-10 hours.
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds during event setup and breakdown.
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, and move throughout event venues.
