What You Can Expect As the Commissions Manager, you will lead ENGIE's broker commission function and oversee the accurate, timely, and controlled delivery of commission payments. You will establish priorities for the commissions team, manage monthly payment cycles and complex exceptions, and ensure transactions are properly validated, approved, documented, reconciled, and recorded. You will partner with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Billing, Operations, IT, and external software vendors to resolve issues, manage financial risk, support audits, and improve the systems and processes supporting broker commissions. You will report to the Director of Commissions and Cash Applications and help build a scalable commission operating model aligned with business objectives.
