KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.

  • Ability to identify new clients, lead and manage existing client relationships, and deliver Workforce Transformation services across multiple client industries in the following areas: Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and digital employee experience transformation enabled through platforms such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Workflows, Employee Center, Workplace Services, and Legal Service Delivery.

  • Lead strategic workforce and employee experience transformation initiatives, including the design and implementation of employee service delivery operating models, HR case management, knowledge management, self-service portals, workflow automation, employee journey modernization, and enterprise service management solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Advise clients on the transformation of HR, Legal, Workplace, and Shared Services functions through the adoption of ServiceNow Employee Workflows, enabling improved employee engagement, productivity, service delivery efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project management, financial management, organizational change management, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

  • Lead the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, training materials, and market offerings focused on workforce transformation, digital employee experience, employee service delivery modernization, and ServiceNow-enabled HR transformation.

  • Lead the development and evolution of business methodologies, intellectual capital, articles, whitepapers, implementation frameworks, and methodology guides related to workforce transformation, employee workflows, HR technology modernization, and ServiceNow platform solutions.

  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, assisting with proposal responses, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading client outreach efforts related to human capital transformation and ServiceNow-enabled employee experience solutions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum twelve years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Service Delivery, HR Technology Transformation, or Digital Workplace Transformation; preferred ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Experience leading workforce and business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, service delivery models, and leading practices in the human capital and employee experience space.

  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Workflows, Employee Center, Workplace Services, Legal Service Delivery, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), case management, workflow automation, knowledge management, employee self-service solutions, or related employee experience technologies preferred.

  • Experience advising clients on HR operating model transformation, employee service delivery modernization, shared services strategy, digital workplace initiatives, and employee experience improvement programs.

  • Prior work managing a portfolio of clients and client activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, leading complex stakeholder discussions, and creating engagement across executive and operational levels of client organizations.
