Perform all aspects of merchandise processing including loading/unloading, unpacking/packing, ticketing, distributing, counting, and filling orders. JobDuties Load and unload cartons while safely moving merchandise throughout the distribution center. Unpack, sort, and organize products by size, color, style, and order requirements. Pick, pack, ticket, label, and process merchandise for customer shipments. Count, verify, and record inventory quantities to ensure order accuracy. Operate RF scanners, voice-recognition systems, and other warehouse technology. Separate orders onto pallets, stage products, and prepare shipments for distribution. Build boxes and package merchandise according to company standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Support inventory control, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations as assigned. Education Requirements No formal education requirement. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and counting skills required for inventory and order accuracy. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, logistics, or material handling experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or voice-directed picking systems preferred. Familiarity with picking, packing, sorting, ticketing, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Basic computer and warehouse technology skills preferred. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Frequent carrying, pushing, pulling, gripping, and overhead reaching. Ability to climb stairs and work at elevated platform heights. Must be able to work extended shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
