We are looking for clinicians who are dependable, compassionate, culturally responsive, and committed to providing high-quality behavioral health services. This opportunity may include individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy, depending on the clinician's education, experience, credentials, and scope of practice. Therapists may provide services through a combination of in-office, community-based, and home-based settings. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy based on qualifications and client needs.
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- Provide evidence-informed and clinically appropriate interventions.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically indicated.
- Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required documentation accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable federal and Maryland laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with clients, families, schools, healthcare providers, and other members of the treatment team when appropriate and authorized.
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, case discussions, and team meetings as applicable.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice.
- Provide services in office, community, and/or home settings when assigned.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and the team.
Schedule We are especially interested in candidates with availability for Evenings, Weekends, Wednesdays in-office and Community/home-based appointments. Flexible scheduling options may be available.
