This opportunity is ideal for a customer service professional with experience in healthcare, insurance, medical claims, or high-volume inbound calls. The Claims Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and providers, answering questions regarding insurance policies, benefits, coverage, and claims, and resolving issues with a focus on one-call resolution. Additional responsibilities include assisting with claim submissions and reimbursement questions, explaining claims adjudication processes and policy details, maintaining accurate customer records, researching and escalating complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
