ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST EL SEGUNDO, CA Dynamic Systems, Inc. Full-Time | Monday Friday | On-Site $25.00$33.00 per hour Dynamic Systems, Inc., an established information technology solutions provider serving the public sector, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. Dynamic Systems works with many of the industry's leading software, computer hardware, cloud, and technology companies to deliver IT solutions to government and education customers. We are a small company with under 100 employees nationwide. The office environment in El Segundo is professional and calm with friendly people who care about doing a great job and supporting each other and our customers. Responsibilities - Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding, approvals and timely payment - Track outstanding accounts payable and payment status - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices and payments - Assist with month-end AP activities and other Accounting department responsibilities Qualifications - accounting degree/certificate or equivalent, previous accounts payable or related accounting experience - follow our ACE IT culture and work ethic - Unanet Gov Con accounting software experience and certification strongly preferred - Government contracting and/or public sector industry experience is a plus Compensation & Schedule $25.00$33.00 per hour based experience This is a full-time, Monday Friday, in-office position in El Segundo, California with benefits.
