We are hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst.

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, administering, and analyzing compensation programs that support TIDI Products' ability to attract, retain, and motivate high-performing associates. This role serves as the primary compensation subject matter expert and provides leadership in job architecture, market pricing, salary administration, incentive compensation, sales commission programs, compensation analytics, and compensation governance.

The Senior Compensation Analyst partners with business leaders, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation programs align with TIDI's compensation philosophy, business objectives, and financial goals while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity.

This role plays a critical role in supporting growth initiatives, organizational changes, acquisition integrations, and strategic workforce planning.

This role can work remotely, but ideally would live within 2 hours of our NEENAH facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation Program Management
* Lead the administration and continuous improvement of company compensation programs.
* Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking using industry compensation surveys and market data.
* Evaluate positions and recommend appropriate salary grades and pay ranges.
* Ensure compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with TIDI's compensation philosophy.
* Support compensation planning, budget development, and workforce analytics.
* Monitor and analyze internal pay equity, salary compression, and market competitiveness.
Job Architecture and Job Evaluation
* Maintain and administer TIDI's job architecture framework.
* Evaluate new and existing positions and assign appropriate job grades.
* Develop and maintain job descriptions and job documentation standards.
* Partner with managers and HR to ensure consistent job leveling and position classification practices.
* Recommend improvements to career pathing and organizational structure frameworks.
Annual Compensation Planning
* Lead annual merit planning and salary review processes.
* Develop compensation modeling, costing, and forecasting tools.
* Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations regarding merit budgets and salary structures.
* Support leadership with compensation analyses and recommendations.
Incentive Compensation and Bonus Administration
* Administer annual bonus and incentive compensation programs.
* Manage bonus eligibility, plan governance, calculations, and payment validation.
* Partner with Finance to ensure accurate incentive accruals and budget forecasting.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend enhancements.
Sales Commission Program Administration
* Partner with sales leaders in the design and communication of sales commission programs.
* Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to ensure plans drive business performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
* Conduct annual reviews of commission plan market competitiveness.
Compensation Analytics and Reporting
* Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and key performance indicators.
* Analyze workforce compensation trends and provide actionable recommendations.
* Prepare compensation reports and presentations.
* Support compensation surveys, market data submissions, and benchmarking activities.
Acquisition and Integration Support
* Support compensation due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions.
* Benchmark acquired positions and align compensation structures.
* Participate in organizational design and workforce integration planning.
* Assist with harmonization of compensation programs across locations and business units.
Compliance and Governance
* Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and international compensation regulations.
* Support pay transparency initiatives and compensation-related audits.
* Maintain compensation policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Monitor market trends and evolving compensation best practices.
* Other duties as assigned

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.



Experience

* Five to eight years of progressive compensation experience.

* Experience administering salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation programs.

* Experience conducting job evaluations and market benchmarking.

* Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and forecasting preferred.

* Experience supporting acquisitions, organizational changes, or compensation integrations preferred.

* Manufacturing experience preferred.

* Multi-site or global compensation experience preferred.



Technical Skills

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

* Experience with compensation survey tools and market pricing platforms.

* Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.

* Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

* Power BI or advanced reporting experience preferred.



Certifications: One or more of the following preferred:

* CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)

* GRP (Global Remuneration Professional)

* SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP

* PHR or SPHR



Technical Skills

* Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.

* Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $90,000 - $105,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
