Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

* Position: Lead RN - Medical Group

* Location: Glenbrook Hospital

* Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours/week)

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:30PM

* Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

A Brief Overview:
Supervise the daily clinical operations of the practice in conjunction with and under the direction of the Practice Manager and Administrative Director

What you will do:

  • Onboarding of all new MA's including classroom instruction and clinical oversight in the individual's practice setting
  • Work collaboratively with Learning and Development, Infection Control, Pharmacy and Lab to create, review and revise program content for both MA orientation and any ongoing training
  • Assist in instruction and oversight of clinical competencies for MA's
  • Train individual MA's to be validators in their respective practices
  • Manage the ongoing implementation of the Cornerstone Program
  • Maintain licensing and certification records for staff
  • responsible for ongoing oversight and maintenance of CPR training and recertification for MG clinical staff
  • Work with Practice Managers and Clinical Staff when requested to develop new competencies for either the MG as a whole or for specific specialty procedures
  • Support the Regulatory Compliance Team in oversight of practices to assure compliance with TJC and other regulatory standards
  • Traveling between sites is required

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree Required
  • License: Current professional Nursing License in the State of IL required
  • Certification: BLS-CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required
  • Experience: Prior office or hospital nursing experience is required
