Talent Advisor - Senior (Technical Recruiter)

Location: Austin, TX preferred / Westlake, TX secondary

Duration - 12 months (potential for extension or conversation)

Work Model: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (candidate selects remote day)

Note: Candidates may work remotely initially, but upon conversion to a FTE, they must work onsite.

Seeking a Technical Recruiter with strong experience recruiting technology talent and the ability to influence hiring managers and drive the recruiting process forward.

• Recruit for technical and hard-to-fill positions across various levels.
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive quality hires and timely hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights, talent-pool knowledge, and recruiting guidance to stakeholders.
• Identify effective sourcing channels and execute targeted candidate outreach.
• Assess candidates for skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Use ATS, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.

• Strong Technical/IT Recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting hard-to-fill technology roles.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Experience developing sourcing/recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong understanding of technology labor markets and talent pools.
• Full-cycle recruiting and ATS experience.
