Synchron has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Analyst to support the corporate organization to assist with proposal capture and working to develop writing relating to NAVSEA opportunities for Synchron and its Business Development initiatives. Responsibilities Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the company's NAVSEA acquisition and engineering capture initiatives. Assist in proposal capture for NAVSEA opportunities Develop competitive proposals and support business development practices and processes Education and Experience Requirements U.S. Citizen DoD/DoW SECRET Clearance Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. 20 years of professional experience related to NAVSEA ship and mission systems. Preferred Education and Experience Requirements Proven track record in capture and proposal management; extensive Navy initiative experience Ability to lead in a fast-paced, small business environment Strong presentation and influencing skills Understanding of Navy system commands and acquisition processes Work Location: Hybrid Remote, Washington, D.C. Travel: Less than 5%
