Role Summary RSM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assurance Partner to lead and grow our Government Contracting practice, serving organization across the government contracting, aerospace, and defense sectors. As an Assurance Partner, you will play a key role in advancing the firm's strategic vision and delivering high-quality audit services to clients across a global platform. In this role, you will lead engagement teams, build strong executive-level relationships, and collaborate across borders to support consistent delivery and client experience. You will contribute to practice growth, mentor future leaders, and help strengthen our reputation as the first-choice advisor to middle-market clients.
