Schedule/Shift: 6:00 a.m. until finished; Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Pay:$21.00 per hour

Job Summary
The Full-Time Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked, displayed, maintained, and rotated across large and small format retail stores. The role provides consistent, professional customer service while maintaining product quality, presentation, and availability. The Merchandiser will work independently across an assigned route and communicate with account management regarding product needs and issues. This position requires reliable transportation, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical merchandising activities safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, and cold storage locations.
• Review product code dates during each customer visit.
• Remove dented, dirty, damaged, or out-of-code products from shelves, displays, and cold storage.
• Ensure products are stocked according to established shelf schematics and merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly presented cold equipment, racks, and point-of-sale materials.
• Notify the appropriate account representative regarding damaged, out-of-code, or out-of-stock products.
• Establish and maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers.
• Service assigned retail locations in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
• Maintain product displays and merchandising areas to established standards.
• Follow assigned route schedules and complete required merchandising activities.

Job Requirements

• Prior merchandising experience is preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle available for work purposes with required insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality and presentation standards.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with customers and account management.
• Professional and customer-focused communication skills.
• English proficiency required; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Route coverage includes West Chester, Exton, Kennett Square, Downingtown, Parkesburg, West Grove, and Oxford, Pennsylvania.
• Work schedule is 6:00 a.m. until the assigned route is completed.
• Current schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
