RN OR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills and a passion for providing top-notch patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. On-call duties are required.

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
• Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are sterile and ready for use.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, procedures, and treatments.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room, with a focus on Orthopedic and Robotic surgeries.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
