Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $28.00-$30.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and 3-5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining production equipment, performing CNC maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, and supporting overall facility operations in an open-air shop environment. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues - Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper machine functionality - Complete preventative maintenance on production equipment - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment failures - Perform CNC machine maintenance and repairs - Troubleshoot and repair forklifts, welding robot systems, air conditioning units, and other facility equipment - Change filters and complete routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility - Replace worn, damaged, or faulty components as needed - Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production emergencies - Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records - Follow all safety and environmental regulations Maintenance Technician Requirements: - 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems - Electrical troubleshooting experience with 480V systems - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment - Comfortable using a variety of maintenance tools and equipment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Experience with powder coating paint systems - Preferred CNC machine repair and troubleshooting - Preferred welding equipment repair and maintenance - Preferred experience working with robotic welding systems - Preferred forklift maintenance and repair experience - Must provide and maintain your own tools - Ability to work in an open-air shop environment - Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
