KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sales andDistribution Lead to join our Advisory Servicespractice. * Provide functional input into SAP Sales andDistribution scope, solution approach, estimates, and delivery planning;partner with business process owners to translate commercial andcustomer-service requirements into a standardized Quote-to-Cash solutionaligned with transformation objectives. * Lead design and implementation of sales ordermanagement, contracts, pricing, delivery processing, billing, returns, customerservice, and integration with Finance, Materials Management, and ProductionPlanning. * Lead solution design and configuration for SAPAdvanced Variant Configuration, including configurable products,characteristics, classes, configuration profiles, dependencies, variantpricing, and integration with sales and manufacturing processes. * Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, documentdesign decisions, manage the SD backlog, and oversee configuration, end-to-endtesting, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and hypercare across orderentry, availability, configurable products, fulfillment, billing, accounting,returns, and relevant interfaces. * Own functional coordination and governance forSD-related master data, including customer and business partner records,material sales views, pricing condition records, customer-material informationrecords, and product configuration data; define ownership, quality rules,cleansing expectations, validation, and readiness criteria with the datamigration team. * Coordinate source-to-target mapping, mockconversion validation, reconciliation, defect resolution, and cutover readinessfor SD and AVC data objects. * Lead functional team members and coordinatedelivery quality across client, onshore, and offshore resources. * Apply an AI-first, value driven mindset toidentify, evaluate, and responsibly apply AI-enabled solutions that can enhanceclient outcomes, business performance, and operational effectiveness. Leveragefoundational AI concepts while upholding KPMG Trusted AI principles to driveethical, secure, and compliant adoption across business processes andsolutions. * Act with integrity, professionalism, andpersonal responsibility to uphold KPMG's values and foster a respectful,courteous, and ethical work environment. Qualifications:* Minimum seven years of SAP Sales andDistribution experience, including SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycleSAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. * SAP Certification is strongly preferred relevantSAP certifications include, but not limited to: "C_S4CS_2402 SAP CertifiedApplication Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition - Sales" and"C_C4H410_21 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Sales Cloud 2111" * Experience with project management toolsincluding SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM and Jira. * Proven experience leading SAP SD orQuote-to-Cash workstreams across fit-to-standard, design, configuration,testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare. Strong functional knowledge of sales order processing, pricing,delivery, billing, returns, and integration with Finance, Materials Management,and Production Planning. * Demonstrated SAP Advanced Variant Configurationexperience, including configurable materials, characteristics, classes,configuration profiles, dependencies, and end-to-end process integration. * Experience with master data management andgovernance for customer, business partner, material sales, pricing,customer-material, and product configuration data. * Experience coordinating mapping, cleansing,validation, mock conversions, reconciliation, defect resolution, and cutoverreadiness for SD-related master data. * Ability to facilitate workshops, influencedesign decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate effectivelywith business and technical stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity required. * Ability to travel as needed to support clientworkshops, testing, deployment, and other program activities. * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. withoutthe need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
