With almost 1,100 employees across the U.S. and Canada, our Eden Prairie, MN headquarters supports a growing network of mills, warehouses, and production facilities.

Why we need you.

At Grain Millers, we're continuing to grow and evolve our business across the United States and Canada, creating new opportunities to strengthen our tax strategy and compliance capabilities. In the newly created role of Senior Tax Manager, you will lead the company's tax function and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on tax planning, risk management, and business strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll have a unique opportunity to build and shape a high-visibility function while helping drive business decisions that support the long-term success of the organization.

This role balances hands-on tax leadership with strategic influence. Who you'll be working with.

As Senior Tax Manager, you'll report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and partner closely with leaders across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Legal, and executive leadership. This position offers broad visibility and the opportunity to build strong relationships across all levels of the company while influencing key business decisions.

Who you are.

You are a technically strong tax professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and translating them into practical business recommendations. You bring a deep understanding of U.S. and Canadian tax regulations, along with the strategic mindset needed to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and support business growth. Whether leading tax planning initiatives, managing compliance requirements, or evaluating the tax impact of new projects, you take ownership and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Just as importantly, you're a collaborative partner who builds credibility through strong communication, sound judgment, and a high degree of integrity. You're able to influence stakeholders across the organization, manage competing priorities with confidence, and foster productive working relationships both internally and externally. You thrive in a dynamic environment, remain attentive to detail, and approach challenges with professionalism, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
