Overview
The Facilities Project Coordinator will support small and mid-sized new construction and renovation projects at all Carle Facilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, design/layout and oversight of construction projects, facilitator of changes as the need arises and ensuring the timeliness and completion of the projects as well as budgets. Assists Project Managers, Manager of Facilities Planning and Construction, and Executive Director of Facilities Planning and with Project Coordination and organization. This position will maintain files, coordinate meetings, create and monitor reports, put together schedules, budgets and power point presentations. Takes photos, manage drawings and specification archives. This position is responsible for administering all items relating to the management of the construction management software for the department. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities Manage relationships with all internal and external parties in order to determine the specifications of the project, resolve conflict, and support success. Update Construction Schedule based on team’s input Assist in management of project permit process Assist in preparation of proposals and procurement Assist with tracking and processing of all project invoices Ability to read drawings and specifications Communicate contractors regarding schedules and conflicts and diligently follow up to resolve problems Participate in project meetings and issue meeting minutes Participate in the review of project cost incurred and in cost projecting Identify, communicate and resolve design-drawing conflicts that arise during pre-construction; construction and coordinate findings with team members Prepare and submit required project documents including new contracts with contractors, project schedules, material requirements, daily reports, etc. Regularly confer with supervisors to monitor and report on compliance, quality, and productivity. Compile charts and graphs for project reporting Develop and proactively carry out the project safety and infection prevention plans (ILSM and ICRA) Oversee all aspects of the Procore networking platform Administer Procore system setup for new projects and configuration including create custom forms for new projects and maintain current projects. Manage all relevant construction documentation through Procore Perform administrative and analytical functions related to assigned construction technology tools, such as Procore, Strata Jazz, Bluebeam, and other systems as assigned Oversee a team of construction professionals with respect to their usage of Procore Miscellaneous project support (mailing, scanning, tracking, etc.) Performs all aspects of document control About Us Find it here. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $22.25per hour - $37.16per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
