Play an integral role in delivering sustainable infrastructure and industrial construction projects that support the world's evolving energy, chemicals, and resources needs. As a Superintendent - Electrical, you will provide site-based leadership for all electrical construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations, project objectives, and Worley's commitment to sustainable project delivery. Working at the center of project execution, you will coordinate field operations, supervise multidisciplinary construction teams, and drive a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and operational excellence. The Superintendent - Electrical plays a critical role in this journey by leading and overseeing the safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of on-site electrical construction activities. Working directly at the project site, the Superintendent - Electrical is responsible for supervising and coordinating field operations, integrating field administration, subcontractor management, procurement coordination, and construction execution activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
