The SLSNE Proposal Coordinator will directly support the Proposal Director and work with other proposal team members to develop compelling and concise winning proposals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proposal Support: Coordinate responses to client prequalifications, bid packages, statements of interest, RFP and RFQ responses, requests for information. Assist with proposals as needed, including packaging and submittal, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Support sections in a proposal and as a section lead.
- Document Review & Content Management: Review client documents to determine appropriate response content and maintain a database of standard information
- Quality Control: Ensure that appropriate quality control, reviews, and approvals are obtained for all content and deliverables.
- Data Management: Maintain and update project and resume data in business development systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for proposal and reporting purposes.
- Form Management: Oversee the form and administrative sections in proposals.
Position Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University in Communications, English, marketing, or a related program.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
