We are seeking an experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support the Respiratory Care Department at a Medical Center in Hagerstown, Maryland. This is a high-performing acute care environment providing care to adult and critical care patients. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing ventilator management, airway care, high-flow oxygen therapy, and respiratory interventions for patients across ICU, ER, and general floors. Shift: Night (4x12 Hours) 18:30 7:00 Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments and deliver respiratory therapy treatments Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow oxygen, and airway support Participate in rapid response and code blue situations Administer nebulizer therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and aerosol treatments Perform ABG draws and interpretation Provide respiratory support in ICU, ER, and inpatient units Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols Requirements Active RRT credential (NBRC) - required Active Maryland Respiratory Care License (or ability to obtain) BLS required; ACLS preferred 1-2+ years recent acute care experience ICU and/or ER experience strongly preferred Prior travel experience is a plus but not required | |
