Job Duties Operate manufacturing equipment, power tools, and specialized production machinery safely and efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications. Inspect finished products and assemblies to verify quality standards are met. Assist with troubleshooting equipment and resolving production issues. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain production schedules. Support the training and development of production team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Prioritize tasks, meet production deadlines, and work with minimal supervision. Support operations in various production areas as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain dependable attendance. Education Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred. Rotational molding experience is a plus. Experience operating manufacturing equipment, power tools, or production machinery preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to regular attendance. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for the duration of the shift. Comfortable working in manufacturing conditions that may include noise, dust, heat, cold, and odors. Ability to work in confined spaces and assist with equipment troubleshooting when necessary. Must wear sturdy closed-toe work boots and appropriate work attire.
