Pay Rate: $18.48 - $19.48 per hour

Schedule:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Monday-Friday

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM |Monday-Friday

Education Requirements

  • No formal education required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Basic documentation and communication skills preferred.


Experience Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, production, molding, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 25-40 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including reaching, handling, inspecting, and packaging products.
  • Capable of working in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.


Job Duties

  • Operate automatic molding equipment to support production schedules and quality requirements.
  • Inspect molded products for defects, including contaminated, bent, smashed, exposed, or missing terminals.
  • Examine parts for burrs, short shots, foreign material, and other quality concerns.
  • Remove and document defective products according to established procedures.
  • Complete required production and quality paperwork accurately.
  • Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies
