Experience Requirements Ability to read work instructions and quality standards. Basic documentation and record-keeping skills preferred. Quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required. Experience using gauges and inspection tools preferred. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Good hand-eye coordination and visual inspection skills. Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Job Duties Catch springs as they exit production machines and place them into trays according to specifications. Inspect springs and components for quality, accuracy, and workmanship. Examine products for cracks, incomplete welds, dimensional issues, and other defects. Compare products against visual standards and quality requirements. Use go/no-go gauges and inspection tools to verify dimensions and specifications. Identify, separate, and document non-conforming products. Notify supervisors of quality concerns or production issues. Verify lot dates and maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation. Pack, label, and prepare inspected products as required. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
