Job Duties Catch, inspect, and stack parts as they are produced from press machines. Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or product damage. Remove and report defective products according to company procedures. Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or processing. Complete required production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures. Assist with additional manufacturing and production tasks as needed to support team objectives. Education Requirements No formal education required. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Basic documentation and communication skills preferred. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operator, or press operation experience preferred but not required. 1-3 months of related manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily production goals. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented work ethic. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25-40 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive motions, including reaching, stacking, and handling parts. Capable of working safely in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity standards.
