Schedule: 1st 7am-3:30pm

Education Requirements

  • No formal education requirements.
  • Ability to read work instructions, complete production paperwork, and follow quality standards.
  • Basic math and documentation skills preferred.


Experience Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, quality inspection, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects and quality issues.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
  • Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and visual inspections with close attention to detail.
  • Capable of working in a manufacturing environment while meeting quality and production standards.


Job Duties

  • Inspect molded products for defects, including contaminated, bent, smashed, exposed, or missing terminals.
  • Identify quality issues such as burrs, short shots, attached foreign material, and product damage.
  • Reject defective parts and accurately document findings on required paperwork.
  • Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
  • Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient.
