Mechanical Repair Technician

Our Maintenance Repairs Operation site in Santa Fe Springs California is seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Repair Technician. You will be responsible for performing complete operation checkouts, modifications and repair correction of problems . You will have the opportunity to repair critical components that make flying possible and safe for you, your loved ones, and for travelers around the world. What You Will Do:

• Work Onsite at our Sana Fe Springs, CA Location
  
• Work Hours Monday - Friday (5:30am-2pm) with consistent and encouraged overtime (Sat. & Sun).
  
• Conducts inspection of incoming assemblies and components according to procedures and technical data
  
• Sets up repair and test facilities.
  
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  
• Repair as necessary identified units that fail test or tolerance levels.
  
• Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
  
• Use hand and power tools for part and component assembly.
  
• Ensure short cycle time repairs and returns ensuring quality processes.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
