Pay Range: $32-36

Shift: 1st (6:30am - 3pm) Monday -Friday, some volunteer or mandatory overtime on SATs or SUNs

Looking to fill several Mechanical Assembler - Level I position that will support the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) facility. You will be supporting our A320 NEO aircraft technology. You will have the opportunity to build critical components that make flying possible and safe for you, your loved ones, and for travelers around the world. What You Will Do:



  • You will be working Onsite at our Foley, AL Location
  • 1st Shift (6:30am - 3pm) Monday -Friday
  • Assemble equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
  • Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects.
  • Participate in compliance inspection continuous improvement (CI) activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Drill holes, install fasteners, rout and trim parts. and apply primers and sealants.
  • You will understand and follow detailed instructions
  • Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Able to work in a standing position up to a minimum of 8 hours per day.
  • Safely perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications you must have:



  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.


Qualification we prefer:



  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to assemble equipment..
  • Experience with any of the following:

- Hand Tools and or Power Tools (electric or pneumatic) hand hammers, pneumatic hammers / scree guns /

- Electrical tools

- Hand cutters

-Measuring equipment

- Light equipment


  • Self-directed & action oriented with the ability to work in a team environment to resolve most questions and problems.
  • Relevant Experience in Manufacturing, Production or Assembly
  • Relevant Experience in Construction doing Metal or Wood Framing
  • AP
