Join our Fund Finance team and play an important role in supporting complex, high-value financing transactions from start to finish. Working closely with lawyers and business stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to sophisticated cross-border fund finance matters while helping the team use technology, including AI, to work more efficiently.

What role will you play?

As a Fund Finance Paralegal, you'll support the legal team throughout the transaction lifecycle, assisting with the drafting, review and negotiation of documents such as non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, security documents and other financing materials. You'll maintain organized deal files and transaction records, including managing, uploading, and retrieving documents through document management systems. You'll also monitor security filing deadlines, renewals and expiration dates, and while processing and tracking invoices from outside counsel. In addition, you'll help drive the team's use of AI by designing and testing AI prompts for recurring legal tasks, contributing directly to improvements in the team's processes and use of technology. This role offers broad exposure to structured finance matters within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • A bachelor's degree; this opportunity is open to candidates at the beginning of their careers, with no minimum professional experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence using document management systems and other technology, combined with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • An interest in legal technology and AI tools; exposure to finance or the financial services industry would be advantageous.
Salary range for this position: $105,000 - $125,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
