Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and customer orders. Basic computer and scanner operation skills preferred. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred. Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus. Ability to operate scanner and barcoding systems accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work overtime and additional shifts based on business demands. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 45 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends when required. Ability to safely operate equipment and work in an industrial environment. Job Duties Operate industrial equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently. Read and follow customer orders, work instructions, and production requirements. Utilize scanners and barcoding systems to track materials and production activities. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and accuracy. Move materials and products throughout the facility as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Support production goals by assisting with various operational tasks. Work independently or as part of a team to meet productivity expectations. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
