Job Duties Inspect parts before and after the painting process to ensure quality standards are met. Verify parts are properly positioned and aligned in trays before entering paint equipment. Perform quality checks on painted components and identify defects or inconsistencies. Package finished products according to customer and company specifications. Install clips, tape, and other small components prior to packaging. Hang parts on racks for placement onto rotating paint lines. Move between work areas as production needs require. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous production, assembly, quality inspection, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to move between departments and assist where needed. Dependable attendance and positive work ethic. Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift or longer as needed. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements. Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing 5-20 pounds. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
