Industrial Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-10:30 PM

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or related fields is a plus.
  • Welding certifications or maintenance-related certifications are beneficial but not required.


Job Duties



  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial production equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
  • Repair and replace motors, pumps, electrical components, and defective machine parts.
  • Read and troubleshoot equipment using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
  • Perform Stick and MIG welding repairs as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, HMI, and VFD-controlled equipment.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
  • Ensure all equipment operates according to manufacturer and company specifications.
  • Operate CNC machinery through screen interfaces when required.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.


Experience Requirements



  • Prior industrial maintenance experience required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and pumps.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
  • Knowledge of AC 3-phase Delta and WYE electrical systems.
  • Ability to perform Stick and MIG welding repairs.
  • CNC machine operation experience preferred.
  • Glass manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance skills.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50-75 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, and work in industrial environments.
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery, electrical systems, and production equipment.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and welding equipment safely.
