Experience Requirements Previous machine operator, machine helper, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Duties Feed corrugated board into the machine or offload from the back of the machine. Set up the load former. Conduct a systematic quality check by measuring boards and checking calibrations to work orders. Keep work area clean and free of debris or scrap. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Responsible for product safety and quality. Additional duties may be assigned by management. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 30-40 pounds. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movement required. Ability to work safely around production machinery and equipment. Steel-toe boots required; no jewelry allowed on the production floor.
