Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Customer Quality Program Manager to lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, improve product quality, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Working across engineering, quality, services, and leadership teams, this role identifies opportunities, aligns stakeholders, and delivers programs that turn customer insights into meaningful improvements for Lenovo products, services, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer quality programs from concept through implementation
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify quality challenges and drive corrective actions
  • Manage strategic initiatives focused on customer experience, quality improvement, and operational excellence
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, services, manufacturing, and product development
  • Develop executive presentations, project updates, dashboards, and leadership communications
  • Support quality transformation initiatives, including analytics, AI enablement, automation, and process improvement
  • Lead customer engagement activities, onsite visits, pilot programs, and feedback collection efforts
  • Drive awareness and adoption of quality initiatives through communications, campaigns, and best-practice sharing
  • Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends and translate them into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, engineering, and/or customer quality
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with customer-facing quality programs or escalation management
  • Experience with data analytics, Power BI, AI, or digital transformation initiatives preferred
  • Experience working in a global organization preferred
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of project/program management, engineering, and/or quality experience
