WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER | KEEP WARN MOVING

At Warn Industries, we build products that are trusted to perform when failure isn't an option. Behind those products is a warehouse and logistics operation that must deliver with the same level of reliability. We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager who knows how to lead people, solve problems, and keep product moving. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation activities at our Jennifer Street Distribution Center and Capps Road Manufacturing Plant.

What You'll Own

  • Lead and develop our Distribution Supervisors, Warehouse Coordinators, Shipping, and Receiving teams
  • Keep daily warehouse and logistics operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, transportation, and 3PL activities
  • Drive improvements in material flow, warehouse capacity, productivity, and operational performance
  • Track key metrics and turn the numbers into action
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, IT, and other teams to solve problems
  • Manage domestic transportation activities and support import and export operations
  • Help manage carrier relationships, contracts, routing requirements, and freight systems
  • Ensure compliance with applicable DOT/Title 49 CFR, NMFC, hazmat, USMCA, CTPAT, Sarbanes-Oxley, safety, and other regulatory requirements

The Kind of Leader We're Looking For

We need someone who shows up, takes ownership, and earns the trust of their team. You set clear expectations, hold people accountable, and give them the support they need to succeed. You're comfortable making tough calls, but you also listen, coach, develop, and recognize your people. You can think strategically without losing touch with what's happening on the warehouse floor. When something goes sideways, you stay calm and own the solution. When you see a better way, you challenge the status quo and drive the improvement. And when the team wins, you give them the credit. No managing from the sidelines. Lead from the front.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of international and domestic tactical freight-management experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in distribution, logistics, and manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and material flow
  • Experience with WMS, ERP systems, UPS/FedEx shipping platforms, TMS, and logistics-provider systems
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and continuous-improvement skills
  • The ability to balance priorities, make decisions, and lead effectively in a fast-moving operation

WIFM | What's in It for Me?

  • 3 weeks of accrued Paid Time Off
  • 10 paid holidays
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match eligibility after your first paycheck
  • Company-provided short-term & long-term disability
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Aggressive team member discounts on WARN Group products and gear
  • Career growth & training
  • A team environment built around respect, support, and getting things done

This Is an On-Site Leadership Role

Operations don't always happen neatly between 8 and 5. This position requires regular, consistent on-site presence and the ability to respond to critical operational situations outside normal working hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is also an active warehouse and manufacturing environment. The role may involve extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting; working around warehouse equipment and varying temperatures; climbing on and off equipment; and lifting up to 40 pounds independently or 70 pounds with assistance. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Why WARN?

Because this isn't just about moving product. It's about building a team people want to be part of, creating an operation people can count on, and getting better every day. If you believe great leaders are visible, accountable, calm under pressure, and willing to roll up their sleeves when it matters, we want to talk to you.
