Training Location: Rock Hill PSC

Duration: 3 months

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

The Phlebotomist I will assist with performing assigned phlebotomy duties, troubleshooting issues, supporting training activities, and making recommendations to improve workflow. The role involves collecting blood samples from patients of all age groups in a doctor's office setting.

• Perform an average of 50-70 blood draws per day.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures for patients of all age groups.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving work-related issues.
• Support training activities and provide recommendations to improve workflow.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of phlebotomy and blood-drawing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a doctor's office environment and manage a high volume of daily blood draws.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday.
• Willingness to complete at least two weeks of initial training at the Rock Hill PSC.
• Must be eligible for rehire with LabCorp.

• Handles approximately 50-70 blood draws daily.
• Works with patients across all age groups.
