Mott MacDonald is seeking a Design & Construction Integration Manager to connect the owner, final-design team, and construction delivery partners on a major program. In this senior owner-side role, you will convert design intent, contractor preconstruction input, commercial decisions, and third-party constraints into coordinated work packages that can be credibly priced, procured, staged, and built. You will lead contract-packaging strategy, constructability and staging, design-readiness gates, and interface control from final design through early construction. You will make sure contractor advice is resolved and reflected in design decisions before unresolved access, temporary-works, utility, systems, and cross-package issues migrate into the field. Your impact
What you will bring You are an owner-side infrastructure delivery leader who has worked across both design and construction and understands how design decisions affect pricing, commercial commitments, staging, temporary works, procurement, field execution, testing, and handover. You bring authority and structure to complex interfaces, challenge assumptions constructively, and keep designers and builders focused on producing coordinated, buildable, decision-ready information.
