This position works directly with walk-in customers and external restaurant clients while assisting with order processing, product stocking, food packing, and general store maintenance.The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and external restaurant clients.Take and process product orders from restaurants and other outside clients.Accurately handle invoices, checks, and related documentation.Print product labels and invoices using English-based Sysco systems.Stock shelves and rotate products as needed.Maintain clean, organized shelves and general store areas.Pack food products for delivery orders.Work in both standard-temperature and freezer environments.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing daily responsibilities.Required QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of retail experience required.Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English sufficiently to operate Sysco systems and complete required documentation.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in cold and freezer environments as needed.Professional appearance and demeanor.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Work EnvironmentCustomer-facing retail store environment.Frequent interaction with customers and restaurant clients.Exposure to varying temperatures, including freezer environments.Fast-paced setting requiring organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.Schedule & CompensationPay: Up to $16.00 per hourHours: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with Saturdays rotatingInterview: Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
