Partnering with the Best Primary job is to manage and drive productivity actions in the product line focused on frontline employees (field hands, service delivery technical and operations). Ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, effective management of budget and resources while ensuring the team has the processes and tools they need to deliver on professional services project commitments. Contributes to the development of a business plan for the business unit. The role needs to be able to achieve and exceed cost out targets for the business in line with drilling activity. Remote operations intensity improvements, field personnel utilization, field services to field operators' ratios and contingent worker spend are some of the key metrics to monitor and improve upon. The employee shall be a major contribution to the strategic plan of the well construction segment. Fueling Your Passion Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation, and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria.
