Position Title: Bindery Operator
Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays 7:00am-12:00pm Join a fast-paced production team as a Bindery Operator! Bindery Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate punching, coiling, and other bindery equipment - Collate, assemble, and package printed materials according to specifications - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy - Follow production schedules to meet deadlines - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Assist with additional production and packaging duties as needed - Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors Bindery Operator Requirements: - Previous bindery, printing, or manufacturing experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and quality - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasks - Ability to lift and move production materials as needed - Willingness to learn and operate various bindery machines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability for occasional Saturday overtime QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
