Facilities Maintenance Manager - Vail Recreation District

Full Time Year-Round, Salaried and Benefited position with the Vail Recreation District.

This position will including basic building repairs, development and maintenance of building maintenance software, preventative maintenance of equipment and systems, oversee subcontractors and vendors performing maintenance and repair work, document building issues, develop and maintain building maintenance budgets, working closely with directors and managers to ensure buildings are safe, accessible and clean for employees and guests.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hiring Range: 76,584 to $107,217 DOE
