You will shape and lead the creative execution of multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution. Bridge the gap between abstract brand strategy and concrete visual execution, with emphasis on narrative development and video storyboarding. You think like a director, draw like an artist, and communicate like a writer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual & Narrative Leadership: Define the overall artistic vision, tone, and visual language for comprehensive brand campaigns and video content.
  • Storytelling & Concepting: Translate marketing goals into powerful conceptual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Video Storyboarding: Create clear, dynamic, and sequential storyboards/animatics to map out video concepts, pacing, framing, and cinematic flow before production.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketers, designers, and external production teams to ensure a unified brand voice.
  • Hands-on Craft: Oversee and design key visual assets (mood boards, style frames, campaign layouts) and guide video production workflows.
  • Video Editing: Hands-on video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects) are a strong plus for rough-cutting concepts and pitching ideas dynamically.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, Concept Artist, or Creative Lead within an agency or in-house brand team.
  • Storyboarding Expertise: Proven portfolio demonstrating advanced capability in visual storytelling and translating scripts/ideas into actionable storyboard frames.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent) and sketching/storyboarding software.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and leadership skills; ability to pitch concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.
  • Critical Skills: Proficient knowledge of video editing, motion design, and post-production pipelines.
  • CG Production: Have worked with and understand the fundamentals of how CG production flows.
